When Liz was 18, drugs and alcohol took over her life.
During this time she abandoned her Christian values and also became pregnant. But when she held her son for the first time, she knew God wanted her to change.
Liz entered our 12-month Victory Program for addicts and found the guidance, strength and conviction she needed to get clean and sober.
Most importantly, Liz has restored her relationship with Christ and is now leading a productive life with a good job that supports her family.
She knows none of this could have been possible without the Durham Rescue Mission and its faithful donors.
Please give now to help many struggling neighbors like Liz who are earnestly seeking a way out.
